We are delighted to announce that the Gua DAO will be hosting a Gua Pass sales event on Discord. The first phase will sell 20 Pass Cards (No. 010 to 029), each priced at 10,000 #gua. This is a great opportunity to become a VIP member of the Gua DAO community, participate in building Gua DAO, and enjoy the profit shares of Gua DAO's investment in Ordinals ecosystem.

The sales process is as follows:

1. Before participating in the event, please make sure that you have enough #gua tokens in your wallet. Please mint 10,000 transferable #gua tokens in advance.

2. The sale will start at 14:00 on May 7, 2023 (Berlin Time, GMT+1) and end at 17:00 on May 7, 2023 (Berlin Time, GMT+1). Please transfer the minted 10,000 #gua to Gua DAO's treasury address: bc1pup0zwp79v9xxlp2wghhz5ku85rr98reyellg8jymk0wt7tj44svq3jqzz9 
and wait to receive a Gua Pass card on a first-come, first-served basis.

Details of the rules:

• If all 20 Gua Pass Cards are sold out before the end of the event, any #gua paid to the DAO treasury address after the 20th transaction will be refunded to the payment wallet.

• If there are any unsold Gua Pass Cards after the event, the treasury will hold them for the 2nd phase of sales event (the first batch of mystery airdrops will only be available to wallets that hold the first batch of Gua Pass cards).

The benefits of a Gua Pass card are as follows: 
1. Gua Pass holders will be able to join the member channel to obtain exclusive information and news. 
2. Gua Pass holders will have voting rights in Gua DAO. Gua DAO is the first investment-type DAO organization on the Ordinals ecosystem. Gua Pass holders will have the opportunity to participate in decentralized voting and decision-making. 
3. Gua Pass holders will share profits from Gua DAO. A portion of the profit generated by Gua DAO's investments in the Ordinals ecosystem will be distributed to Gua Pass holders. 
4. Gua Pass holders will receive more airdrops and rewards from Gua DAO and other partners.
